Ginger-Garlic Jasmine Rice
The ginger-garlic combination pairs nicely with the nutty aroma of the jasmine rice.

Ingredients
- 2 TBSP. Canola oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP. Fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 cups Water or chicken stock
Instructions

Heat oil over medium low heat in a saucepan. Saute garlic, ginger, and salt just until fragrant (about 1 minute.) Add rice and stir well, coating rice with oil.
Add sesame oil and liquid. Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
